Q: Which EarthLink plan is best for me?
A: EarthLink offers a wide range of custom plans designed for all ranges of internet users. From our standard plans all the way up to our new fiber internet plans with speeds up to 5 Gigs with no data caps and no throttling. Whether you need residential or business internet, EarthLink has you covered.
Q: What if my address isn’t serviceable with EarthLink?
A: We continue to widen our national internet service footprint, so these instances should be minimal. However, if we can’t make this happen (we’ll miss you!), we will let you know right away so you can plan accordingly.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my installation date?
A: Not a problem! You can respond to the confirmation text you receive from us or call as soon as you are aware that you need to make a change. The number is 888-327-8454. Please note: an adult (18 years or older) must be present at the new address at the time of installation.
